loose floor tiles unreliable coffee machine
the shuttle was quick to the airport i appreciate that the front desk staff was helpful
the air conditioning did not work properly the room was too warm the floor tiles seemed loose they moved when i walked on them i found these issues annoying the coffee machine also failed to function i expect more from this hotel

ample space quality amenities shuttle service
the rooms provide ample space and top-quality amenities. the cleanliness was noticeable throughout the premises. i found the proximity to the airport convenient, especially with the efficient 24/7 shuttle service every 20 minutes.
i noticed a lack of readily available dining options late at night. this was inconvenient after a late arrival since i could not find snacks or drinks available.

The free airport shuttle runs frequently every 20 minutes which is great. My room had a smart TV and a Nespresso machine so that was convenient. The rain shower featured Grohe fixtures and worked very well. I also enjoyed walking around the hotel grounds.
The room service food was satisfactory but not excellent.

i found the hotel location very convenient with the airport shuttle running frequently. the shuttle ride was quite short, only taking a few minutes to reach the terminals. the room provided sufficient space to manage my luggage and relax before my flight. i really liked the large size and promptness of the shuttle.
this information should be clearly communicated earlier during the reservation process. it would allow guests to.

rusty floor missing shelf
the free shuttle to the airport was acceptable.
the shower stall was quite annoying. you had to close the doors very carefully so they wouldn't come off. the whole floor was rusty from the water. there was no proper shelf for personal items.
